The day surgery is situated on the second floor of the new wing of the hospital complex in Viale Ginevra 3, in Aosta, and has four beds.
By day surgery we mean surgical activity that can be performed in one day only , with or without overnight stay in hospital.
The usual interventions carried out in the day surgery are the removal of large skin and below the skin mole formations, surgery of hernias of the groin, crural hernias, umbilical and epi-gastric hernias, removal of voluminous skin and below the skin mole formations , removal and lymphonodal biopsies and some types of proctologies.
